CNC Turner Programmer / Setter / Operator
Location: Leighton Buzzard
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (lots of overtime available)
Pay: £18 - £22 per hour, depending on experience

We are looking for an experienced CNC Turner Programmer / Setter / Operator. The successful candidate will work primarily on aluminium metals, producing batches ranging from 1-offs to 10-offs. You will operate and program CNC Lathes using Fanuc controls, with a focus on online programming to ensure precise and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC turning machines using Fanuc controls
Program parts online to produce high-quality components
Produce small batch runs, typically 1-off to 10-off
Ensure components meet strict tolerances and quality standards
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery as needed
Collaborate with the team to improve efficiency and workflowSkills & Experience:
Proven experience as a CNC Turner / Setter / Operator
Proficiency with Fanuc controls and online programming
Experience working with aluminium and other metals
Ability to work to tight tolerances on small batch runs
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented with a proactive approach
