1. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking court advocacy, providing legal advice, and preparing and reviewing cases as part of a varied and rewarding criminal prosecutions caseload.
2. Applications are accepted from qualified Solicitors and Barristers who hold a valid practicing certificate in England and Wales and have resided in the UK for at least five years. Ideally, applicants will have at least 2 years' prior experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions, demonstrating a genuine passion for this area of law.
3. You will receive comprehensive induction training, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching to ensure a smooth transition into your role as a Senior Prosecutions Lawyer.
4. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to deliver well-reasoned judgments and demonstrate strong decision-making skills.
