What you'll be doing:
* Sourcing high-quality candidates for live roles across a busy market
* Working closely with experienced consultants to support their placements
* Managing candidate pipelines and keeping processes moving
* Screening, qualifying, and prepping candidates for interviews
* Building relationships with candidates and becoming their go-to contact
* Using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal tools to identify top talent
