Its business spans over 30 provinces in China, the US, and Europe. The ideal candidate will lead business development activities, drive sales, and manage marketing and customer service functions.
Responsibilities
* Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the UK market;
* Create and execute a business and regulatory plan for the UK;
* Identify opportunities from marketing leads and manage local partners;
* Report market information to headquarters timely;
* Coordinate with other departments to establish operational processes in the UK;
* Enhance brand awareness of the company and its products in the UK;
* Provide excellent customer service and prompt solutions to inquiries.
Qualifications/Skills
* At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales in molecular pathology or IVD products;
* BSc or MSc in Life & Science, Molecular Pathology, or Clinical Medicine; MBA or PhD is a plus;
* Good knowledge of the local molecular pathology market; international experience preferred;
* Excellent communication and presentation skills;
* Strategic thinking and operational excellence;
* Energetic with motivation to find new opportunities quickly;
* Familiar with selling imported products in Europe;
* Fluent in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
