We are looking for compassionate and committed Support Workers in Harborne, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality two-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in his family home.
Meet our service user
Our service user is a young man in his 20’s who lives in his family home in Harborne, he requires support on a 2:1 basis throughout the day and night.
He is very focused on his rehabilitation as part of his dedicated team you will support with this along with his physical and clinical needs and most importantly his mental wellbeing showing positivity and encouragement.
You will be required to assist with social activities as well as meeting his care needs, this could include personal care, mobility support and attending to his clinical care needs when required.
As his dedicated support worker, you will play a big part in helping him to access the community and support him in enjoying his hobbies and interests such as going to the gym, attending hydrotherapy, going out for meals, and socialising at the pub.
He loves to spend quality time with his family, friends, and care team especially his family pet dog who he shares a special bond with and is a huge part of his life.
It is essential that you are comfortable around dogs due to the family pet dog which is a friendly husky
A driving licence is essential for this role.
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team

We have the following shifts available;
7. Part Time
8. Days - 7am - 7pm
9. Nights - 7pm - 7am
10. Alternate Weekends
Take a look at our payrates
Weekdays: £14.00 per hour (£168 approx. per 12-hour shift)
Weeknights: £15.00 per hour (£180 approx. per 12-hour shift)
Weekends: £16.00 per hour (£192 approx. per 12-hour shift)
Bank Holidays: £18.00 per hour (£216 approx. per 12-hour shift)
