Mirror Mirror Group Limited is a luxury beauty salon in Shrewsbury, renowned for delivering premium treatments in a calm, elegant setting. We are now entering an exciting growth phase and are looking for a talented Assistant Salon Manager to join our team.
Role Summary
The Assistant Salon Manager will combine hands-on treatment delivery with leadership responsibilities.
This role is ideal for an experienced Level 3 Beauty Therapist with a passion for advanced skin treatments and the ability to support and inspire a growing team.
Responsibilities
* Delivering high-quality beauty and advanced facial treatments (Hydra Pure+, CACI, electrical facials, skin rejuvenation).
* Supporting the Salon Manager with day-to-day operations.
* Leading by example to maintain excellent client care and service standards.
* Assisting with staff training, mentoring, and performance management.
* Helping to drive treatment and retail sales in line with business goals.
* Contributing to the salon's continued growth and reputation.
* Perform luxury manicures/Pedicures, GEL and Biab.
* Perform Lash and Brow treatments.
* Makeup application preferable.
Experience
* NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
* Experience with advanced facials such as HydraFacial, CACI or electrical treatments.
* Proven leadership or supervisory experience within the beauty industry.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing learning.
* Professional, positive, and client-focused attitude.
