The role
TradeField Recruitment is currently working with a well-established property maintenance contractor that delivers high-quality maintenance and refurbishment works across East and South London. Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Multi-Trade Carpenter to join their long-standing team.
This role is ideally suited to somebody who takes pride in the quality of their work and has previous experience working within a property maintenance environment.
The Role:
* Carrying out carpentry works as your core trade.
* Undertaking additional multi-trade duties, including basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, decorating and general repairs.
* Working in occupied and void properties.
* Delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
* Managing your own workload and completing jobs efficiently.
Requirements:
* Minimum 7 years' experience in carpentry.
* At least 4 years' experience working as a Multi-Trader.
* Previous experience working for a property maintenance company is highly desirable.
* Ability to carry out additional trades to a good standard.
* Full UK driving licence (essential).
* Professional, reliable and quality-focused approach.
