Support Worker
We are now seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Team in Wrexham

What you’ll be doing:
8. Supporting people to live independently, can involve helping the people we support budget their finances, pay bills, do housework, organising appointments, and cooking.
9. Encourage and support activities in the service and out in the community.
10. Developing personal and practical skills to enhance independent living.
11. Be responsible for the safeguarding of the individuals we support.
12. Administering medication when required – full training will be given.
13. Experience with autism an advantage

15. Self-motivated and committed to the role.
16. Have good communication and listening skills.
17. Flexible as shifts are on a rota basis and may include waking nights depending on the service requirements.
