What you'll be doing:
* Supporting people to live independently can involve helping the people we support budget their finances, pay bills, do housework, organise appointments, and cook.
* Encourage and support activities in the service and out in the community.
* Developing personal and practical skills to enhance independent living.
* Be responsible for the safeguarding of the individuals we support.
* Administering medication when required – full training will be given.
* Experience with autism is an advantage

* Have good communication and listening skills.
* Flexible shifts are on a rota basis and may include waking nights depending on the service requirements.
