Role: SEN Tutor Location: Portsmouth & surrounding areas Hours: Flexible – work around your availability What You’ll Be Doing You’ll work closely with students who benefit from a personalised approach, creating sessions that feel accessible, positive, and rewarding. Design and deliver individualised learning plans Support young people with SEN including autism, ADHD, and SEMH Build rapport and trust to encourage consistent engagement Adapt lessons to suit different learning styles and needs Deliver sessions in homes or local community environments What We’re Looking For Experience working with children or young people Strong core skills in English and maths A patient, calm, and flexible approach Ability to travel within Portsmouth and nearby areas A strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities Why Join TP Tutors?
