Implementations Project Coordinator – Newcastle - £35K
An established client of ours in the Technology sector is looking for an Implementations Project Coordinator to join their IT department on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful execution of onboarding customers onto our software, ensuring that the company remains the digital heart of their practice. This role is suited for a highly motivated and proactive individual.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, budget, and time constraints.
2. Ensure the successful onboarding of new clients to the company’s product suite.
3. Oversee and track the progress of various teams, ensuring all required tasks are completed on time.
4. Regularly update key stakeholders on project milestones, dependencies, and any roadblocks that may impact deadlines.
5. Lead status meetings, resolve bottlenecks, and drive accountability among team members to maintain momentum in project execution.
6. Conduct meetings with clients to assess their needs, define project requirements, acceptance criteria, and project timelines.
7. Document and review client feedback on practice setup and workflows to ensure all operational items are captured for training and onboarding.
8. Monitor project performance and continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and customer experience.
9. Provide high-level customer service, acting as a trusted advisor to the client throughout the implementation journey.
10. Assist the Head of Conversions in developing and implementing processes and work instructions.
