Location: We offer hybrid working, with an expectation that you'll be present at one of our Holland & Barrett office in Nuneaton (CV10 7RH) for a minimum of 2 days per week.

You'll work closely with senior leaders across multiple functions, influencing decisions that affect everything from day‑to‑day operations to longer‑term strategic programmes. You'll bring clarity to complex cost areas and help leadership make smarter, faster, more confident choices. What You'll Be Doing
Acting as a trusted finance partner to SLT budget owners and Central Finance leadership.
Providing analytical support across a portfolio of Central Functions, covering budgeting, planning and financial reporting.
Keeping spend on track through strong procurement, PO governance and cost‑control processes.
Building and maintaining cost models that help us forecast accurately.
Supporting third‑party spend reviews, contract renewals and commercial decision‑making.
Enhancing financial control across both payroll and non‑payroll cost lines.
Developing more automated, reliable reporting tools and ensuring the numbers we rely on are accurate.
Contributing to cost‑efficiency initiatives and helping embed a cost‑conscious mindset across your stakeholder group.
Providing ad‑hoc project support to Central Finance leadership when needed.

The Person
What You'll Need To Bring
Qualified or part‑qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with the motivation to complete within 2 years.
Strong understanding of financial planning, cost control and commercial finance.
Advanced Excel and data‑modelling skills, with the ability to turn numbers into meaningful narratives.
Confidence working in ambiguity and finding solutions when the path isn't clearly defined.
Experience within FP&A, commercial finance or another analytical finance role.
A track record of producing clear, insight‑driven reporting.
Bonus if you've also got: Power BI / Power Query experience, procurement exposure, ERP familiarity or experience in a complex multi‑function environment.
