At Cabrini Health, our Patient Services team plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service – working behind the scenes to ensure every detail of a patient’s health journey is captured, managed, and protected with precision. If you're passionate about detail, data integrity, and making a meaningful impact in healthcare – this is where your skills can truly shine.

4. Compile information packs for patients

5. Prepare information for patients upon discharge and collect any outstanding payments relating to their stay

What you’ll need to succeed:

6. Previous experience working with medical records or familiarity with medical terminology is a bonus, but not essential

7. Certificate IV in Hospital Administration or Business Administration (desirable but not mandatory)

8. A true team player – collaborative, dependable, and equally capable of working independently when required

9. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with exceptional customer service skills and patient-focused approach

10. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and adapt when needed

11. A keen eye for detail and accuracy, ensuring every task is completed to a high standard

Flexibility is required to work across a variety of hospital departments, including Admissions, Day Oncology and Emergency, and to cover shifts between 6:00AM and 8:00PM Monday to Sunday, with occasional shifts until 11:00PM in the Emergency Department.
