The role:
We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic and flexible individuals to work on Various Wards alongside a multi-disciplinary team of qualified staff in ensuring the well-being and care of our patients.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their skills and experiences in observation, delivery of care and involvement in recreational and educational activities delivering care and observing and monitoring the well-being of patients, ensuring that any unusual occurrences are promptly referred to senior staff/the primary nurse and documented as appropriate. You will be caring and attentive with the ability to build strong and trusting relationships with others.
The role concerns providing practical support and responsive care to patients who require assistance with personal and therapeutic needs ensuring that such activities comply with procedures and the relevant healthcare legislation. It is vital that you can work well as a team as you will be working alongside qualified nurses and staff from other professions.
Shifts will include days, weekends and evenings.
