The Role We’re looking for a Senior Protection Adviser to join our Bournemouth based team and help clients secure the right life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection. All leads are warm referrals from our medical insurance brokers and from enquiries through our website. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to offer real advice, build trust with clients, and grow their income along the way. What You’ll Be Doing Contact clients to explore protection needs Provide tailored advice across life cover, critical illness, and income protection Offer quotes and explain products clearly Maintain FCA-compliant records and keep clients informed Build lasting relationships that go beyond one-off sales What We’re Looking For Experience in protection advice and a strong record of achieving targets Excellent communication, listening, and client-relationship skills Confidence explaining financial products in a simple, relatable way Self-motivated and well-organised R05 desirable, but not essential Why Join Us?
