An ambitious EdTech scale-up is looking for a Software Delivery Manager to help shape and drive the future of their digital products. Their platform is already trusted by thousands of schools, trusts, and nurseries - and they're scaling fast.
This role sits at the heart of their technology team, ensuring products are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and with real impact in education settings. You'll be the one aligning priorities, removing blockers, and giving visibility on progress across multiple teams.
What you'll be doing
Coordinating delivery across cross-functional teams
Managing timelines, risks, and dependencies to keep projects on track
Tracking progress and reporting on metrics such as velocity and quality
Removing blockers and supporting engineers to maintain delivery momentum
Working closely with stakeholders across both technical and non-technical teams
Driving continuous improvement in delivery processes and tools
Playing an active role in leadership discussions and influencing strategy
What we're looking for
Strong experience in software delivery within agile or lean environments
Solid technical understanding to assess solutions and support engineering teams
Structured thinker who thrives in fast-moving, complex environments
Excellent communication skills - comfortable engaging with all levels of stakeholders
Experience using tools such as Jira and GitHub to manage delivery and progress
Nice to have
Background in EdTech, SaaS, or subscription-led platforms
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
Delivery management certifications (Agile, Scrum, PMP, etc.)
