Job Description
West Dunbartonshire Council Building Services is responsible for the Maintenance and Planned Programme service to Council Housing, Sold Houses (where the Council retains a common interest) and Non Housing properties.
We have a vacancy for a highly motivated individual who can effectively co-ordinate maintenance and co-ordinate payment and invoice processes for the service, ensuring accuracy of data and monitoring of active payments, ensuring targets are met and added to QL costing system.
Being part of process improvement working groups and liaising with Suppliers, Contractors and other Council services to meet service delivery.
