Buckler’s Lodge is a modern residential and dementia care home in a purpose‑built home surrounded by nature in Crowthorne, near Wokingham. It offers a vibrant and welcoming 24/7 community of care where residents and their families enjoy award‑winning residential and dementia care. Residents are cared for with a well‑established methodology that is centred on keeping them as independent as possible for as long as possible.

As a Care Assistant (Nights), you will:
* Give support and care to the residents whilst maintaining their rights to independence, privacy, dignity and choice
* Assist with preparing residents for bed and/or assist them in the morning
* Assist residents who require help to dress/undress, wash, and bathe and use the toilet
* Assist residents with mobility problems and other physical disabilities including the use and care of aids and personal equipment
* Assist residents who need help with personal hygiene e.g. incontinence
* Promote and adhere to the Greensleeves Care workplace values of respect, openness and responsibility
To apply, you will need:
* An understanding of the needs of residents (Essential)
* An understanding of the importance of confidentiality (Essential)
* Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) diploma in care level 2 or the equivalent (Desirable)
* Experience of providing care (Desirable)Experience of working with elders (Desirable)
