This role gives you the chance to make a real impact on the safety and quality of our homes and workspaces. You’ll lead the teams responsible for Property Compliance Contract Management Asset Management and Health & Safety helping us provide safe well-maintained places for customers and colleagues.

What skills and experience do you need
* Skills and Attributes: Visionary; self-aware; proactive and innovative; team player; ability to develop excellent working relationships; ability to build a motivated and talented team; technical expertise; negotiation; financially literate and a great communicator.
* Knowledge: Sound knowledge of challenges facing the sector understanding of the construction and property industry corporate governance legislative frameworks and regulatory requirements.
* Experience: Experience of leadership; building strong and effective teams and partnerships; devising and delivering strategies business plans budgets and policies; leading innovation within own area of responsibility.
* Qualifications: Relevant degree level education or equivalent professional qualification. Membership of the Institute of Occupational Health and Safety and an appropriate Nebosh qualification.

* Base location: Newport Cardiff or Swansea
* Mon Fri or 9 day fortnight
