The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, coordination and support across the business, ensuring smooth day to day running of operations. /p h3 General Manager Position Overview /h3 ul li Supporting and guiding the management team across manufacturing, sales and administration /li li Overseeing the day to day operations, ensuring departments are aligned and working effectively /li li Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and ensuring health & safety and quality standards are upheld /li li Supporting the sales teams to maintain key customer relationships and help resolve customer issues /li /ul h3 General Manager Position Requirements /h3 ul li Proven management experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally precision engineering. /li li Excellent communication and problem solving skills. /li li Commercial awareness and customer focused. /li li Knowledge of quality assurance and manufacturing best practices. /li li Based in a commutable distance of Sevenoaks, Kent. /li /ul h3 Remuneration /h3 p Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience /p p Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00.
