What You'll Do:
* Lead the design, simulation and development of RF & mmWave circuits and subsystems
* Perform RF system analysis, optimisation and complex troubleshooting
* Carry out RF measurements, characterisation and validation of hardware
* Produce design documentation, test plans, reports and technical data
* Ensure designs meet performance, quality and customer requirements
* Support transition from concept through prototyping into volume manufacture
* Provide technical input to RFQs, proposals and customer engagements
* Collaborate with electronics, mechanical, software and systems engineers
What We're Looking For:
* Strong experience in RF, microwave or mmWave engineering
* Proven ability delivering complex RF designs in a product environment
* Hands‐on RF test, measurement and validation experience
* Confident working across multidisciplinary engineering teams
* Experience supporting products into manufacture
* Eligible for UK Security Clearance
* Engineering degree or equivalent experience
