Job Description
13. Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
14. Supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
15. Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
16. Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
17. Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)
18. Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
Qualifications
19. Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulation
20. An eye for detail
21. Fully flexibility
22. Painting skills

24. Our hotel offers 356 rooms, within very close proximity to London Heathrow Airport. The hotel features a restaurant operating for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a large outdoor car park.
25. To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.
26. Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
