As the leading Home Care provider, we take pride in our work - and we’re looking for a caring and dedicated Care Assistantto join our Care Expert Team and help us set the standard. We are specifically looking for someone who may be able towork a few evenings per week between 3pm - 6pm,supporting our lovely customers with making their tea and taking medication. We can be flexible on the days you can work.

Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
* Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
* Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
* Support with medication
* Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for
* Full induction and ongoing expert training
* Uniform and PPE provided
* Regular support and ongoing career development
* Friendly, inclusive team with 24/7 support
* Free DBS
* £300 recommend a friend scheme
* Long Service Awards
Requirements
* A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
* Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
* Ability to follow care plans
* Previous care experience not a necessity as full training will be provided
* Full Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
