We are looking for a professional and personable concierge to join our team in York. You would be the first point of contact for residents and visitors in our luxury development. As the face of the building, you will provide a warm welcome, ensure the smooth day to day running of the building, and deliver exceptional customer service that enhances the living experience for all residents.
This position will be on a casual basis to provide cover for absence and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
* Manage incoming calls, deliveries, and mail distribution
* Maintain a safe and secure environment
* Coordinate resident requests and liaise with the property manager as needed
* Ensure communal areas are presentable and maintained to a high standard
* Report any issues or concerns to the property manager
About You:
* Previous concierge, front of house, or customer service experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail
* Proactive with a positive attitude
* Have a smart and professional appearance at all times
