Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead one of our newly established children's homes.
This is a pivotal role with full responsibility for a
home that supports a maximum of two children, allowing for highly personalised, trauma-informed care.
You will be supported by your own dedicated
experienced team and a Deputy Manager, with the autonomy to shape the home's culture, environment, and outcomes from the start.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the operational delivery of residential services in line with OFSTED
• standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high-quality environments.
• Collaborate with professionals, families, and stakeholders to support individual
• care plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff through structured training and
• performance management.
• Manage rotas, training schedules, and ensure appropriate staff deployment.
• Support and lead during inspections and regulatory visits.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and compassion.

What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
• Diploma Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
• GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in social care
• Strong understanding of Children's Homes Regulations and safeguarding legislation
• Proven leadership and operational management experience
Skills and Attributes:
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams
• Strong decision-making and crisis management capabilities
• Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people.
