We’re looking for a Training Specialist to design and deliver impactful training programmes across a range of advanced manufacturing teams — from precision engineering and assembly to inspection and testing.

Key responsibilities - Training Partner
* Designing and delivering technical training to teams across manufacturing.
* Creating development pathways and supporting individual progression.
* Building training materials, exercises and assessments tailored to engineering skills.
* Evaluating competence and supporting certification of skills across multiple disciplines.
* Ensuring accurate, up-to-date training records in internal systems and LMS platforms.
* Working closely with leaders to identify critical training needs.
* Maintaining quality, KPIs and continuous improvement across all training programmes.
Skills & Experience - Training Partner
* Experience training, coaching or developing people in an engineering environment.
* Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
* Understanding of manufacturing processes (aerospace, defence, automotive, or similar).
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Proficient with MS Office and SharePoint.
Bonus Points For:
* Experience with LMS systems or digital training content.
* Background in aerospace, aircraft systems, defence, MRO, or precision engineering.
* Quality/inspection knowledge.
Qualifications
* Level 4 (HNC) or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
* Train-the-Trainer qualifications are a plus.
* BPSS clearance eligibility required.
