Senior Clinical Fellow - Medicine
Target employment start date: December 2025.
Position: Senior Clinical Fellow working within the Medicine Division at North Bristol NHS Trust.

Clinical Duties and Responsibilities
* Clinical assessment and management of the whole range of patients across acute medicine
* Perform ward rounds with junior support
* Independently manage patients with on‑site consultant supervision
* Support more junior trainees/PAs/ACPs
* Make independent discharge decisions and follow‑up arrangements
There are approximately 70‑100 Acute Medical attendances per day from both Primary Care and the Emergency Department.
