Protocol Education are looking for enthusiastic students and graduates to gain hands-on experience in primary schools in BS3, including mainstream and SEN settings. This is perfect if you’re studying or have a keen interest in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences or Sportsand want to explore a future career in teaching or pastoral support.
Roles available: Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor, Behaviour Support, Tutors, Admin and more.
Your role will involve:
1. Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups, including wellbeing and emotional support
2. Encouraging positive routines and engagement
3. Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams
4. Helping children feel safe, confident, and ready to learn
We’re looking for:
5. Recent graduates or those taking their first step into education
6. A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach
7. Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
8. Confidence supporting children needing encouragement or guidance
Pay & benefits:
9. £–£ per hour, paid weekly via PAYE
