Attention all Project Managers!\n\nWe are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join a global water firm, in a permanent position. You will be required to work on a hybrid basis (2-3 days a week) on site in Southampton. This is a great opportunity to work on water and wastewater treatment plants.\n\n-Competitive salary: £60-000-£70,000 (depending on experience).\n\n-Hybrid working arrangement.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n-Lead safe, high-quality project execution from planning to completion, ensuring proper documentation and controls.\n\n-Ensure trained staff are available and accountable; manage resources, records, and commercial forecasts.\n\n-Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers to protect the company's reputation.\n\n-Enforce safety, quality, and environmental standards; support ongoing professional development.\n\n-Apply strong project management and technical knowledge across water and wastewater projects.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\n\n-Experienced in leading multi-disciplinary design and construction projects, ideally in the water sector.\n\n-Degree in a relevant field, PMQ or equivalent; chartership and NEC accreditation are desirable.\n\n-Skilled in NEC/IChemE contracts, CDM, Health & Safety, and civil engineering.\n\n-Strong communicator with experience managing stakeholders and leading governance reviews.\n\n-Proficient in risk management, project delivery, and aligning teams to time, cost, and quality goals
