Pertemps Technical is recruiting for a Systems Test Engineer for one of our clients based in Clevedon, BS21. As a Systems Test Engineer, you will report to the Test Supervisor and collaborate with all other departments.
Overview:
* Monday to Friday, 38.5 hours per week
* Experience in a similar role is necessary
* Salary between £33,000-£35,761 based on experience

Responsibilities and Duties:
* Support the delivery of business success by working closely with all departments and managers
* Ensure the right experience for customers and generate profits
* Work collaboratively as a team, embodying our shared values
* Develop yourself, balance work and personal life, and offer support to colleagues
* Test and inspect Battery Tripping Units, Inverters, and U.P.S. Systems
* Test manufactured and bought-in equipment to standards
* Complete factory acceptance tests (FATs) to customer specifications
* Capacity test batteries
* Evaluate testing processes to meet standards
* Maintain test equipment to required standards
* Fault find down to component level on PCBs
* Assist in developing and writing standards
* Participate in troubleshooting and issue reporting to identify root causes
* Maintain quality standards and records
* Provide feedback to Design and Engineering, participate in design reviews
Qualifications / Knowledge:
* Knowledge of QAM (sections 1-3) QAP2.7, 3.3, 4.1, 4.2
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Experience with MRP systems
* Understanding high frequency power supply technology
* Experience with LabView
