About the Role
The Development Technologist is responsible for product and technology developments, and for managing improvement projects for existing lines/products.
Responsibilities
* Drive product and technology development streams
* Develop new ideas that fuel innovation pipelines
* Deliver solutions that meet both customer needs and internal manufacturing and quality performance targets
* Plan, organise and safely execute product line trials with development and production teams providing leadership and guidance
* Participate in product trials at customer facilities
* Manage projects end-to-end and in close collaboration with Commercial and Supply Chain
