We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Workshop Engineer to join a dynamic team of industry professionals and inspire the next generation of engineers through Training.

Role Responsibilities (Once trained)
* Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Workshop Engineering courses. (Machining, Lathe, CNC, Hand fitting etc)
* Plan, prepare and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement.
* Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current industry standards.
* Support students in developing their technical skills and employability prospects.
* Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
* Develop employer partnerships to enhance student learning opportunities and industry engagement.
Essential Requirements
* A minimum Level 3 qualification in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline.
* Extensive industry experience in Workshop Engineering.
* A teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, or PTTLS) or willingness to work towards one.
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Experience working with young engineers or leading teams (Desired but not essential)
