Sir Frank’s Bar is a trove of historic treasures, collectables and rare artwork collections. Here, you'll find walls lined with over 350 paintings by the Victorian botanical artist, Marianne North, a Gatsbyesque art-deco bar with topaz-blue velvet stools, a menu of Japanese-inspired tacos and light bites, and a generous selection of tipples to choose from. We are looking for experienced Bar Waiters/Waitresses who want to work in an unforgettable environment, providing an enchanting experience to our guests. As our Bar Waiter/Waitress, you will enjoy interacting with our guests and take real pride in delivering exquisite cocktails or creating a simple mixer drink. Our Bar Waiters/Waitresses are intuitive, have immaculate attention to detail and rise to the challenge during busy periods. You will work closely with the rest of the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional service in an enthusiastic and charming manner; our Bar Waiters/Waitresses do make lifelong friends here rather than just working with colleagues. Your product knowledge, flair for creativity and engaging communication style will allow you to play an integral role within the restaurant team, setting and maintaining first class standards. Shift Pattern This position will consist of 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work any 5 days out of 7 (including weekends). The shift pattern for this position will typically consist of: 10:00-19:00, 15:00-01:00 or 16:00-01:00, with some variation dependent upon business needs.
