Location: Enniskillen
Pay Rate / Salary: Competitive salary
Contract Type: Permanent
Shifts/Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm

About the Role
Staffline Recruitment Ireland is recruiting on behalf of a valued client for the position of QHSE Officer
In this role, you will:
1. Coordinate compliance with systems: ISO 9001,14001, 45001 BRCGS, or future certifications
2. Implementation and monitoring of the legal requirements and management system
3. Monitoring, control and updating of current legislation concerning the quality system and safety
4. Management Representative for the Quality and Safety System
5. Represent the company in all types of quality and health and safety audits
6. Collaboration with department heads in the consistent deployment of policy and objectives
7. Evaluation of new suppliers
8. Issuance, revision and control of the IMS (integrated management systems) manual
9. Writing procedures and instructions in relation to QHSE
10. Ensure the distribution and control of general IMS documents at each workstation
11. Maintain the list of IMS documents and records in their latest revision state
12. Oversee the audit plan for all IMS and the implementation and follow-up of corrective actions resulting from these audits.
13. Ensure daily compliance with procedures and standards established by the company in relation to QHSE
14. Inform your line manager of any deviation, danger or risk detected
15. Review monthly compliance with objectives, action plans and process indicators, reporting results to your line manager, leading the implementation and monitoring of actions that improve processes related to quality systems

Key Requirements for the successful QHSE Officer
16. At least 2 years' previous experience in a compliance role in a manufacturing environment
17. Third level qualification in a relevant discipline
18. Ability to interface at all levels
19. Strong effective decision making, organisational, time management skills
20. Ability to work under pressure
21. Motivated team player
22. Competent user of MS Office, in particular Word, Excel & Outlook
23. Experience of working with Quality systems and audit processes with previous experience of standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, FSC, BRC)
24. Previous experience in print/packaging industry a distinct advantage
