Be a key player in our Project Engineering team
The PMO (Project Management Office) department has the responsibility for the coordination and overall delivery of all projects that are processed, whether they are internal projects or client orders.
This role is designed to provide support the PMO team by maintaining the engineering resource utilisation, scheduling and reporting for the department.
Excellent communication and organisation skills are key in this role.
Additionally, you will be responsible for:
• Own the resource request email inbox and CRM Labour Booking Request queue
• Responsibility for Engineers’ Time Recording / CRM Admin
• Project Resource Forecasting
• Utilisation Reporting / Monthly Reporting
• Maintain established meeting routine for 121s, team calls and meetings
• Project Incident & Lessons Learned Logging
• Main point of contact for Schedule related complaints and queries
• Coordinate non-Project Managed works
• Project related kit / engineer hotel ordering
• Own and maintain the project engineering staff development document
• Support our HR, InfoSec and Compliance teams in the auditing of the department for our business’ compliance certification requirements
Salary £28k DOE
25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays

You will have the following experience/skills:
• Proven experience of managing and maintaining a resource schedule
• The ability to manage your own calendar to plan and effectively resolve both internal and external queries in a timely manner
• Proven experience of liaising with customers and 3rd parties, with the ability to demonstrate focused customer care skills
• Experience in creating and populating documents or guides to help others navigate the systems that we use day-to-day
• Experience of using a recognised CRM system for BAU and business reporting
• PC literate, and competent using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Any understanding of Telecoms/IT would be beneficial and/or ITIL or Prince2 qualification
