We are seeking additional Process and Construction Safety Managers to join our existing team to support projects across the UK South West region.

About the Role
* The role covers the South West UK region; travel will be required.
* A full UK driving licence is essential.
* Salary: £54,843 + car/allowance + up to 20% bonus, plus Healthcare, Pension, 25+8 holidays, working 37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday.
What will I be doing?
* Reporting to the Technical Manager – Process Safety, managing machinery and process safety initiatives, and advising on construction projects within your region.
* Designing and assessing safe modifications to facilities to ensure safe operation and maintenance (Management of Change).
* Guiding senior management and technical teams on legislation related to process and construction safety.
* Participating in technical and operational meetings.
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives with technical and engineering expertise.
* Implementing process safety improvements using analysis techniques and equipment specifications.
* Participating in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) studies.
* Managing and maintaining the Process Safety Management System.
* Developing and maintaining safety documentation, including DSEAR assessments.
* Investigating high potential (HiPo) incidents and reporting findings.
What are the requirements?
* A background in process or chemical engineering is essential.
* An engineering degree (HND or higher) is preferred.
* Recognized H&S qualification and experience in the construction sector are desirable.
* Ability to manage multiple projects independently with a positive attitude and sound judgment.
