As aCustomer Service - Sales Admin Specialist M/F/D you will report to Customer Service Team Leader in the Customer service based inTelford for aPermanentcontract.
What you will do?
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues : Handle all inbound calls and emails, ensuring efficient and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
* Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to process sales orders and maintain alignment with company standards.
* Perform administrative duties promptly and professionally, adhering to Health & Safety and company quality standards.
* Develop a strong understanding of all Hager products through self-learning and training, ensuring knowledgeable customer support.
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
