Job description Develop and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual student needs using the P Scales curriculum.Implement effective teaching strategies for diverse learning styles and needs.Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment through proactive behaviour management.Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to create comprehensive student support plans.Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.Contribute to the overall school improvement plan.Participate in professional development opportunities.Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
