Your Role
1. Be the lead organiser of the grotto team.
2. Make sure Santa and the elves are in the right place at the right time.
3. Keep everything running like clockwork (even on the busiest Christmas shopping days).
4. Support families and ensure the grotto is a magical, stress-free experience.

5. Location: Islington Shopping Centre, Central London
6. Dates: 21-23, 28-30 Nov | 5-7, 12-14, 19-24 Dec
7. Pay: £/day
8. Elf costume provided (with extra authority sparkle).

9. Great organisational skills.
10. Friendly but firm leadership style.
11. Ability to juggle (not literally-unless you can!) busy schedules.
12. A true love for creating Christmas magic.
