Position Overview
We are on the lookout for talented Multi Skilled Engineering Technicians (internally known as Unit Maintenance Technicians) to join our dynamic team at the Market Drayton Dairy. This is your chance to be part of a flagship site that has recently undergone significant upgrades, with an investment of around £80 million!
Shift Pattern
4 on 4 off shift pattern: 7-7 (days & nights)
Salary & Benefits
Enjoy a competitive salary of £55,620 per annum plus paid overtime at 1.5x. We also offer a £5,000 signing bonus after passing probation!

What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a multi-skilled department within a fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environment
* Mechanical and electrical engineering expertise in Manufacturing, Production, and Process settings
* Apprentice trained with proven experience on fast-moving machinery, pumps, valves, and PLCs
* Strong knowledge of filling and process technology
* Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
* Good understanding of preventative maintenance techniques
* Team player with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
