Cheltenham, Rowanfield Full-time | Up to 40 hours per week

Angel Day Nursery is a warm, homely, privately run setting caring for children aged 6 months to 5 years. We pride ourselves on creating a nurturing, engaging environment where every child is supported to thrive, grow, and develop individually.
The Role
We are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team. Whether you are newly qualified and eager to grow, or already experienced (Level 3+), this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a supportive setting.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and inspiring learning experiences that help children build confidence and independence.
Key Responsibilities
* Create engaging activities and meaningful play experiences
* Observe, plan, and assess children’s development
* Support children’s daily routines including meals and snacks
* Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
* Build strong relationships with parents and carers
* Contribute to outdoor play, messy play, and enrichment activities
What We’re Looking For
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or working towards)
* Knowledge of the EYFS framework (desirable, not essential)
* A caring, positive, and enthusiastic approach
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
