Overview Are you ready to lead global cyber security strategy for a high-performing organization? We’re looking for a Group Head of Cyber Security to define and execute a world-class security program that protects critical assets, intellectual property, and client trust across all business units.
This is a senior leadership role with executive visibility, combining strategic vision with hands-on oversight of cyber operations, threat management, and innovation.
What you’ll do Lead an international team of cyber and technical security experts
Own and evolve the global cyber security program
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating cyber risks into business terms
Oversee SOC/NOC operations, incident response, and vulnerability management
Drive cloud security initiatives (Azure, AWS), identity governance, and advanced data protection
Embed secure-by-design principles into IT and DevOps practices
What we’re looking for 10+ years in IT/cyber security, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles
Expertise in cloud security, SIEM, IAM, Zero Trust, and PAM solutions
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIS2)
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
