As our next Commis Chef, you will be responsible for:
* Being curious about food, always willing to try new combinations and flavours.
* Assisting in the preparation of dishes in a timely manner and according to standards.
* Ensuring the availability of mise-en-place as required.
* Observing excellent food hygiene practices throughout the entire food chain, from storage to preparation and service.
* Sharing ideas, opinions, and suggestions to improve the environment and menus.
* Communicating effectively with the team and striving for guest feedback.
* Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
* Collaborating with other departments for seamless communication and workflow.
* Contributing to special projects and initiatives as needed.
* Performing other kitchen duties as assigned.
