A welcoming Extra Care service in Staffordshire is looking for a Service Manager to guide a dedicated team and help shape a supportive environment where residents can live independently with dignity and choice.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading the day-to-day running of care services with a focus on quality and compassion
Working closely with families, professionals, and residents to create personalised care plans
Supporting and developing staff, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time
Making sure everything meets regulatory standards and reflects best practice
Taking part in the on-call rota and stepping in when emergency cover is neededWhat We're Looking For
Experience in a supervisory or management role within care services
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 5)
Confident IT skills and a proactive approach to using digital systems
A genuine commitment to person-centred care and empowering othersBonus If You Have
