Band 4 Admin Team Leader - Ulster Dundonald, County Down Negotiable Posted April 15, 2024 We are currently seeking a temporary Full-time Band 4 Admin Team Leader for our Client in Dundonald Mon-Fri (9-5) £12.86ph Duties include but not limited to: Manage, motivate and deploy efficiently and effectively members of the Administrative Team promoting positive staff morale, empowerment and commitment. 2.Analyse relevant performance data and present information to relevant Administration Manager. Review administrative staffing requirements to ensure resources reflect the needs of the respective teams Participate in the selection, appointment, induction and training of staff Promote and undertake KSF Appraisal with staff and provide guidance and advice to members of staff within assigned area of responsibility on personal development requirements initiating further training/development where necessary. Identify training and development needs of the team and arrange further training as appropriate. Hold regular staff meetings and take any necessary action resulting from matters raised Ensure all relevant information is communicated to Administration Team Monitor the quality, presentation and timeliness of work at regular intervals and, where appropriate, challenge performance issues and take necessary remedial action 10.Participate in the Trust's Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures as required Essential Criteria: 1.HNC/HND or equivalent/higher qualification in an administrative related field AND 1 years' experience in a clerical / administrative role OR NVQ level 3 in administration AND 2 years' experience in a clerical / administrative role OR 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including Maths and English or English Language (excluding English Literature) or equivalent / higher qualification AND 3 years' experience in a clerical / administrative role OR 4 years' experience in a clerical / administrative role at Band 3. OCR Level II (Parts 1 & 2) Text processing/Word processing OR 2 years equivalent experience in the use of Microsoft Office Products including Microsoft Word. Working knowledge of electronic information systems/databases and inputting and extraction information Working experience in an administrative capacity dealing with competing demands on time and resources, adhering to tight deadlines.
