Key Responsibilities Deliver tailored support to pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis and in small groups Assist with planning and delivering engaging, differentiated activities Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Create and promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists Observe progress, record key developments, and adapt support where needed What We’re Looking For GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach Strong teamwork and communication skills A genuine passion for supporting children to achieve their best A commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing Level 2 Safeguarding certification (or willingness to complete training) Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
