A well-regarded law firm in Littlehampton is seeking a Property Assistant to support their busy Residential and Commercial Property teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with property experience to develop their skills within a friendly, supportive, and professional environment.
The Role
Working closely with fee-earners across both departments, your responsibilities will include:

* Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support, including audio typing, diary management, and file organisation
\t

* Drafting and preparing a range of legal documents and standard forms
\t
\t
* Managing client communication, responding to enquiries, and maintaining regular contact throughout transactions
\t
\t
* Conducting searches, preparing completion packs, and assisting with post-completion work
\t
\t
* Liaising with solicitors, agents, lenders, and other third parties
\t
\t
* Ensuring accurate record-keeping and effective file management in line with compliance requirements
\t

* Previous experience supporting residential and/or commercial property work
