The role: Assembling simple and complex mechanical and electro-mechanical components to a high standard, following engineering drawings and work instructions. Using various hand and bench tools, including torque drivers, to produce quality components. Maintaining a strong focus on quality throughout the assembly process. Working independently and as part of a team to meet production targets. Supporting continuous improvement by attending training and being proactive in problem-solving. Ensuring all tasks are carried out safely and in line with health & safety policies. The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in a similar manufacturing or assembly environment. A good understanding of engineering drawings. Confidence using a wide range of hand tools. A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing quality work.
