In under 5 years, we’ve seen rapid growth and have acquired over 450 fitness studio clients, with the majority of those coming from the world’s fastest-growing boutique fitness franchises - including F45 Training, Hyrox, STRONG Pilates, Anytime fitness, FS8, BFT, REVL, CrossFit, UN1T to name a few.
Our ethos is simple but extremely effective - we put our clients first, and we overdeliver.
We’re a data-driven business whose goal is to get our clients consistent results, to help them grow their fitness studios and get them to the next level, all whilst having fun in a relaxed but thriving environment.
ROLE
We are seeking a talented digital individual who want to join this exciting project, by working with some of the biggest global fitness brands.Proactiveness, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn are a must as you will grow with the business, with big opportunities for career progression aligning with our own growth.
RESPONSIBLITIES
* Building, managing and optimising Paid Social Campaigns
* Problem-solving and delivering solutions to improve campaign performance
* Running regular catch-up calls with clients to review campaign performance, present new ideas, and provide general account support
* Maintaining fantastic and personal relationships with clients through polite, professional and prompt communications
* Creating tailored marketing assets to use within campaigns to drive further result
* Problem-solving and delivering solutions to improve campaign performance
* Going the extra mile to over-deliver an outstanding service to clients
EXPERIENCE
* Proven experience in Paid social media.
* Solid understanding of building and optimising a Paid social campaign
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience of working with Meta Ads
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
This role will be working on US hours from our Manchester Office - 12pm - 8pm Monday to Friday
