Please note this role is a 12 month, fixed term contract opportunity.
The Commercial Revenue and Commercial Trading teams will drive the highest priority actions across the end-to-end customer lifecycle to deliver P&L growth in specific customer battlegrounds and segments. In this new way of working responsibilities can vary from acquisition activity, engagement campaigns to drive NPS, through to cross sell and retention activity to drive overall value of household.
The purpose of this role is to drive the consumer P&L by developing, testing and scaling a new generation of Mobile and Fixed commercial and customer centric offerings. These will improve conversions and customer acceptance, ultimately generating customer lifetime value. The role will taking advantage of advanced analytics, digital interfaces and our evolving propositions and capabilities. Plays an instrumental part of the commercial squad with core objective of being faster, more flexible, and more adaptable to ultimately be more responsive to change.
