Base pay range
Location: Surrey
Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 basic, £60,000 OTE
Contract: Full-time, Thursday to Monday (Tuesday and Wednesday off)

Key responsibilities
* Conduct professional sales consultations with prospective homebuyers

* Achieve individual and team sales targets
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
* Support marketing events and show home presentations
Requirements
* Previous experience in new homes sales is essential
* Demonstrated customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
* Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively in a small team
* Humble attitude with willingness to learn and develop
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities
* Weekend availability is required
* Full UK driving licence
